GENERAL INFORMATION

ARTWORK: No add’l charge if camera ready vector art is provided. Any changes will incur an art charge. If not specified on order to use exact size supplied, Express Line will modify size to best suit imprint area. Imprint areas where listed are approximate, varying by actual shape of the printable area. Computer files can be e-mailed to art@ge411.com. Please include PO# and company name on subject line. A fax or e-mailed JPEG of artwork is mandatory with your order for visual verification, as we will not be responsible if uploaded art is not received correctly. Acceptable Mac programs include Illustrator CS2, Photoshop CS2, Adobe Acrobat, and Corel Draw. Save files in native, editable formate (EPS, AI, PDF). Image files can be supplied as a PSD, JPEG, EPS, or TIFF, and all fonts must be included or converted to outlines. Unacceptable formats include PowerPoint, Word, Publisher, Quark, Pagemaker and Indesign.

CANCELLATIONS: Must be approved by Express Line, and must be confirmed in writing. All costs incurred prior to the time of cancellation will be charged, including a 20% restocking charge.

COLORFILL ON CRYSTAL & GLASS: $7.50g per color and location. Standard colors available. See prop 65 warning below.

COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS: Order submission conveys that all necessary copyright & trademark laws have been satisfied, and Express Line will not be held responsible for possible violations. All logos shown in our catalog are for display purposes only, and no product endorsement is implied. Express Line reserves the right to photograph or show as samples any item produced by us without liability.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Call our Customer Service Department for a special quote. Our professional craftsmen will combine their experience and quality workmanship to create an exceptional masterpiece which is unique and can be displayed with pride. All custom orders require a 50% deposit when the order is placed. Costs may include but are not limited to special tooling and materials, imprint and prototype charges.

DAMAGE CLAIMS & DEFECTS: Care is taken to properly package goods to reach their destination intact. Carefully open and inspect items upon receipt. Any claims must be made within three working days of receipt of the order. Our Customer Service Department will determine if the product will be repaired or replaced. Minor variations in product such as occasional air bubbles, clarity, color and flow lines may exist and do not constitute defects.

DROP SHIPMENTS & SPLIT SHIPMENTS: For drop shipments, no add’l charge for the first location, $5(z) each add’l location. For split shipments, $5(z) for every shipment after the first.

IMPRINT METHODS: Catalog price includes running charge in standard location. Deep sand etching is used on most crystal and jade glass items. Laser engraving is used on most acrylics, metal products, goblets and photo frames. Express Line will select the imprint method most appropriate for the item/location.

INSERTS: To insert customer supplied card or gift enclosure, add $1.50(g) for personalized, & $.50(g) for standard.

LARGE QUANTITY PRICING: Call factory for special quote.

LESS THAN MINIMUM: $25(g), including all orders under $150.

OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS: Exact quantities are normally shipped, however the factory reserves the right to over and under ship within industry standards of 5%.

PAPER PROOF OR E-PROOF: Provided on your request at no add’l charge. Changes may incur art charge. Upon approval, distributor assumes sole responsibility regarding contents.

PERSONALIZATION & COPY CHANGES (per item): $3.50(g) for 1 line, $5.50(g) for 2 lines, $10(g) for 3-4 lines.

PRE-PRODUCTION PROOF: Cost of item plus $20(z) and shipping.

PRICING: Subject to change without notice.

PRODUCTION TIME: 7 working days after credit, art and/or proof approval. For rush orders, call to secure ship date and additional charges.

PROPOSITION 65 WARNING: Materials used as colorfill, where requested, may contain a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

RANDOM & BLANK SAMPLES: Random samples will be charged at end column pricing. Blank samples will be charged at minimum quantity pricing. See return policy.

RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Product must be returned in sellable condition within 15 days to receive credit, and is subject to a 20% restocking charge.

SECOND LOCATION IMPRINT: For deep sand etching, add $6.25(g) running charge per item plus set-up charge. On sizes over 20 sq in, call for quote.

SET-UP CHARGE: Initial Order: $62.50(g) per location. Reorders under $150 will incur a reorder set-up charge of $25(g). Set-ups, art & previous order details will be held for 3 years and then destroyed.

SPEC SAMPLES: Minimum quantity pricing plus set-up charge plus $25(g) running charge per imprint location. Any art incurred in producing a spec sample will be charged. Specs are non-returnable.

SHIPPING & PACKAGING: All shipments are F.O.B. factory. Express Line is not responsible for carrier delays. Freight for oversized cartons is billed by carton size (dimensional weight). Most normal shipments are UPS ground. Special master carton required for most awards: add $6.25g per case. $15 add’l fee for postal shipments. Sizes and weights (if provided) are approximate. Call for quote on custom packaging.
